    Hi,

    I am trying to create a outbound route from a specific provider so when you dial a UK Mobile number starting with 07 it will automatically use that Provider instead of the default provider setup on the account.

    The provider has a default route which I have provided below however when I dial the number it says “Your call cannot be completed as dialled”.

     

    Prepend: 99900

    Prefix = 0

    Pattern = _07.

     

    Any ideas how to fix this

    Sorry I am not familiar with UK numbers. Can you please post an example of a number how your provider wants to receive it, and how you want to dial it?
