Hello, thought you can do it somewhere else. I am still working with an Askozia PBX which is not support anymore because the company was bought by 3CX in 2017. In the Askozia was it possible, see picture.
Hello, Thank you but with the one caller ID per trunk is not what we need because each of the 10 agents has two different caller ID’s. So I would have best to create two extensions per agent with different caller ID and enter in Yealink. In the Askozia there is the possibility in the extension to enter the different caller ID per trunk
We have two companies in one company, trade and logistics. So that customers always get their right agent you have two caller IDs.
Extension - 1000 (Agent-1)
Trade = 581010-10
Logistics = 418001-41
Extension - 1001 (Agent 2)
Trade = 581010-15
Logistics = 418001-46
We have been suffering for more than 5 years giving you phone numbers to our customers.
