Hello I am new here and have a question!
Is there a possibility for the Extension to add different External CID numbers for outgoing calls?
Extension 1000:
Provider A = +4930990991
Provider B = +49304180199
Provider C = +49305810100
Extension 1001:
Provider A = +4930990992
Provider B = +49304180200
Provider C = +49305810101
Thank you very much

Hello,
thought you can do it somewhere else. I am still working with an Askozia PBX which is not support anymore because the company was bought by 3CX in 2017. In the Askozia was it possible, see picture.

You may use a caller ID per trunk, as shown in the picture attached. In this way, depending on the trunk a caller id will be sent.

Hello,
Thank you but with the one caller ID per trunk is not what we need because each of the 10 agents has two different caller ID’s. So I would have best to create two extensions per agent with different caller ID and enter in Yealink. In the Askozia there is the possibility in the extension to enter the different caller ID per trunk0- February 25, 2019 at 7:15 pm

We have two companies in one company, trade and logistics. So that customers always get their right agent you have two caller IDs. Extension - 1000 (Agent-1) Trade = 581010-10 Logistics = 418001-41 Extension - 1001 (Agent 2) Trade = 581010-15 Logistics = 418001-46 We have been suffering for more than 5 years giving you phone numbers to our customers. Be it done already, because your PBX is great!
