I have discussed with the team about this feature, we will add it as permission to user roles. This “chat” permission will be enabled by default.
We will work on this so that it is available as soon as possible in the next update.
The new version of VitXi is now available in which several issues reported by the community are fixed and it also comes with new features and improvements in the application. You can upgrade from the VitalPBX add-on module
