Diverted Calls aren’t recorded

    Hello, I have an IVR with time condition, when its off hours, the call must be diverted, but the call it’s not recorded, I don’t if this its normal and if there is a way to record the call.

    How do you divert the calls?

    Directly on the phone with *58 (I configure a button to make a fast dial divert *5855555555)

    Seems like Call Recording isn’t included for call for Call Forwarding.

    You can instead use FollowMe, you can toggle it by a feature code, or even a BLF key.

    You may also want to file a feature request with VitalPBX team to allow recording cradle to grave calls.
