    Hello forum,

     

    Is there any way to download recordings in bulk? Currently our customers has to download records call per call.

    Which records? CDR? You can export whatever you filter for as a CSV or PDF.

    I need download the recordings of te calls in bulk.

    If you don’t have multi-tenant, then, you can use the sonata recordings. Another option is to create an FTP server that gave access to your users to its tenant folder, with all the recordings.

    You can use CSV files on Excel
