Dropping inbound if a call is active

    Hi All,

    I’ve had a FreePBX based system running for years and now looking to move over to VitalPBX. Having a few teething troubles one main one being that if  a call comes in (over SIP) and there is already an active call phones in the group ring but upon answering the call it is dropped. 

    Config is:

    VoipTalk SIP trunk

    Vital PBX

    3 phones locally part of a group, with inbound routes all terminating at the group.

    I’ve had to do some jiggery pokery to get VoipTalk working with Vital so I’m presuming possibly that?

    Any ideas?
