DTMF issues?

    Hi all,

    I think I have a problem with sending DTMF while in call. At the moment I am trying to get Call Park to work. When in call, I press *4 and nothing happens, except I hear the DTMF tones on the phone. (i did set up call parking with 10 extensions) This makes me think VitalPBX is not getting the signalling. Which could be problem in the setup on the phone, PBX or both.

    I use Polycom phones VVX500 and 300SIP — both have same issues.

    Any ideas where to look?

    Try changing DTMF settings on your extension, I mean, go to the extension module, edit your extension and change the DTMF settings.

    Works now.

    Switched all extensions to “inband”
