    Hi there,

    I’m using VitalPBX from quite long… everything works well.

    I’m running version VitalPBX 2.4.2-3 right now.

    I’ve noticed that even if I’ve setup email settings correctly (and send test email works well) using our email server with smtp authentication, recorded messages in voicemail arrives in email always from default local smtp server un-authenticated…

    Is there a way to avoid this?

    Try specifying the from email in the voicemail settings.

    Also, can you please post a screenshot from your email config ?

    Hi there,

    thanks a lot for your help! I’ve missed “From Email” field into email settings tab in Voicemail settings.

    I setup that and I’ve fixed it.
