I am attempting to provision Polycom VVX 410 phones. The phones are running the latest version 220.127.116.117 software. I have followed the guide to setup EPM and the settings appear to be configured correctly. When I view the logs in the phone it says the provisioning failed. I have tried both manually setting the provisioning server and Option 66. The phone log shows DNS lookup failed for 012000354360 and then says that provisioning failed.
Is there a way to test with a browser if the provisioning address is actually working? I only have Polycom phones and can not test with another make of phone.
