I got the following error when hitting the join queue button on a Yealink

    Executing [s@sub-queue-agent:19] AddQueueMember(“SIP/405-000076ca”, “Q310,Local/405@cos-BE01,0,,405,hint:405@extension-hints”) in new stack
    [2018-03-21 10:08:54] WARNING[22055][C-000054bb]: app_queue.c:7779 aqm_exec: Unable to add interface ‘Local/405@cos-BE01’ to queue ‘Q310’: Already there
    — Executing [s@sub-queue-agent:20] ExecIf(“SIP/405-000076ca”, “0?Set(DEVICE_STATE(Custom:QAL_405_310)=BUSY):Goto(invalid)”) in new stack
    — Goto (sub-queue-agent,s,28)
    — Executing [s@sub-queue-agent:28] Playback(“SIP/405-000076ca”, “invalid”) in new stack
    — <SIP/405-000076ca> Playing ‘invalid.gsm’ (language ‘en’)

although the extension is a dynamic member of Queue 310 it gives an error.

    when checking the queue itself

    voip01*CLI> queue show Q310
    Q310 has 0 calls (max unlimited) in ‘ringall’ strategy (31s holdtime, 158s talktime), W:0, C:10, A:8, SL:0.0% within 0s
    Members:
405 (Local/405@cos-BE01 from SIP/405) (ringinuse enabled) (dynamic) (Not in use) has taken no calls yet
    No Callers

    what could be wrong?

It is not an error, it is a warning saying that the extension 405 is already a member of queue Q310.

well, when hitting it again, since the button is QAL_310_405 it should logout again, but it doesn’t…

I have tested by my self, and the BLF is working as expected.

May you post the full log when you press the BLF key?

The queue BLF Login/Logout hint has the following format: QAL_{EXTENSION}_{QUEUE_NUMBER}.

    E.g.: QAL_2000_500
