    Hello,

     

    Is there a way to restrict calls from Queue callback sent to a specific agent? This agent is registered on a POS machine and we would like for that extension to receive calls (so we can record the calling number) but we don’t want to take any callback calls. Having a follow me on other agent or registering the other agents on the POS machine is also not an option as we have 3 agents answering calls for 5 companies.
