    We have several Fanvil x5u – firmware 2.2.10 which are having disconnects around every hour and not entirely sure what could be wrong with them.  Registration on the phones has been reduced to 150 seconds, but still seeing the disconnects. Not sure if this could be several bad phones in the batch we got or what exactly can be happening as not all phones are affected. Re-registration seems in the logs to be quite fast, but for the phone, it actually takes a minute or two in which the users cant receive calls or dial out. Running Vital version 3

    Sngrep shows the registrations working without apparent trouble and all of a sudden registrations stop working for a couple of minutes and then the phones are able to register again.  It seems as if there was a NAT issues all of a sudden for some reason. Anybody experienced similar issues with Fanvils, that could help?

     

    Logs of the disconnects, even when registration should be renewed way before the hour.

    Issue seems to be on the phones when using a different sip port other than the default 5060, after reverting changing the server to use 5060 for PJSIP phones haven’t had any connection issue so far. I have opened a ticket with Fanvil about this as well.
