Hello,When a user creates a Time Group and links it to their follow me in the portal, non matching hours the PBX only rings the extension as configured in the initial ring time.
It should’ve rang the extension normally, same way as when follow me is disabled. Unless I am missing something.

Trying 4 times already to post a response with screenshots, it doesn’t go. Is there something wrong with the forum or my account?Edit: Seems like I can only post 1 picture at a time, otherwise it fails.

First picture = FollowMe settings in the GUI
Second Picture = Time Groups in the Portal
Third Picture = Diversions in the Portal.
When calling this extension’s DID outside of matching hours it rings the deskphone only for 5 seconds and goes to voicemail.
