› VitalPBX Community Support › General Discussion › Google Cloud VitalPBX install Failed (No Response) problem
I installed the VitalPBX but i think 5060 port is not open. I setup the Google VPC settings to allow all ports for input output but nothing is changed.
Can you help me please?
Did you check the list of banned devices, may be your phone is banned: Go to Admin >> Security >> Intrusion Detection (Banlist tab)

I tried my sip account with phoner lite and it says Forbidden. Is this a port error ?
I cant do anything. I changed the firewall settings now i cant open the panel. Port 80 is unreachable 🙁 I allowed all connections. In and out. I dont understand how. Amazon AWS much more simple than Google Cloud.
Try out with another VPS Provider!!
I solved the problem. I just used the backup file and I deleted the extension and recreated. Extension registered now. I run the VitalPBX on Amazon AWS works flawlessly
