Hello, community I need help configuring fax device, I try to configure in a tenant-specific for receive the fax at email, but my questions are I need to get that did number attach to the same sip trunk at the tenant or is another step to configure?
You would need a DID for the fax line, if you want the faxes to be delivered under a tenant, you’ll have to point the DID to that tenant and then setup a fax device.
