How to best troubleshoot BLF Hint

    I have a Extension with voicemail enabled.  I have Hints enabled.  On the Grandstream handset I have the BLF key with vm_150

    This BLF does not light on new voicemails.  How should I continue to troubleshoot where the problem originates?  FULL log?  or handset?

    What version of VitalPBX, Asterisk are you using?

    Hello- Asterisk 16.5.0

    Vital 2.3.6-1

     

    The Hints work well in most applications, however I have one with a BLF vm_123 that works randomly.  I am looking for a log/guide that would show the method Asterisk uses to determine a new VM has arrived in a mailbox and when the hint is sent.

    In this case I have having the msg0000 files moved into the inbox of the 123 mailbox from another mailbox inbox.

    Use the following command to determine if the Voicemail hint is being monitored by some device:

    *CLI> core show hint vm_123
