Hello, I have 1 SIP Trunk with 2 DID (one finish on 309 and the other on 310) by default all outgoing calls are made with the 309 DID, but I need to choose sometimes to make calls with the 310 number.

And I only can define on what extension recieve the call (like DID 309 on extension 1004 and 310 DID on extension 1003)

rogerfor: I need to choose sometimes to make calls with the 310 number.

If you only need to show a different caller id based on a specific DID you can buil a new outbound route, select the trunk you like to use, set “Overwrite CID” to Yes, specify the CID you want to use. Choose a prefix to choose this specific route and the ougoing pattern.

Now you’ll be able to dial any matching number prepending the choosen prefix and the specific CID/DID you set will be presented on the outgoing call.
