Please help, I’m newbie in IPPBX, I would like to know basic steps to install IVR, because I already had configured IVR dashboard but didn’t work, whether any configuration at inbound route ?because I just configured at IVR dashboard
You need to setup the IVR first, then add messages and then add the keys in the next dialog with the actions.
Then your trunks link to inbound routes, the inbound routes instead of linking to and extension need to link to the IVR
@phil I already filled at entries form (destination extension include) but How to link IVR’s extension with IVR?
And I don’t know, how to create IVR’s extension?
In the inbound routes you only need to assign as destination the IVR, if you want to test the IVR locally, you may create a custom application pointing to your IVR.
