Out of the box, all cdr files in /var/log/asterisk/ are rotated daily, but this doesn’t work for us, we need contiguous csv logs covering more than one day.

I had already deleted the associated cron jobs and this worked for a while, but after updating to version 3.0.9-5. VitalPBX starts rotating these files again.

Manually reassembling and replacing the VPBX.csv log file doesn’t work either because all csv files that aren’t created by asterisk itself are immediately deleted by VitalPBX.

What is going on here? How can we permanently disable these csv file rotations?

Not sure I follow. How do you generate the CSV files?

PitzKey, attached are the two relevant csv config files. The csv files are generated as expected, except that they are regularly rolled over and renamed VPBX.csv-23052021, VPBX.csv-23062021 and so forth

Sorry to bother again, but have we indeed lost the ability to keep VitalPBX from rotating the CDR-CSV-Logs?

Before V.3.0.9-5 this was possible by sinply deactivating the appropriate cron job, now it appears that VitalPBX does this rotation in some other undocumented way.

    Please help.
