We can’t enable to include agent name in queue log so it’s not very convenient in Asternic real time and offline reports for call center admin. Kindly let us know how to enable agent name to include in queue log.
We are about to release a new add-on to handle Queues Statistics, so, with this add-on, you will not need to enable the agent names on the queues log.
