We can park a call with *4, but none of the possible codes we tried retrieved it.*07, *8, tried the parking code… How is the correct way?
After dial, the DTMF code *4 the PBX will tell you the parking lot, for example, 701.
So to retrieve the parked call, you must dial 701 or any other parking lot assigned.

This method isnt working, the call is parket, the Vital says tehe code, 701, but then, pressing 701 in the same extension it doesn’t retrieve the call.
I tried by myself and is working. I going to explain to you what I did.
I have two extensions, 2001 and 2000, so, I called to extension 2000 from extension 2001, then, I press *4 on the extension 2000, the PBX says 701.
To finish I dialed 701 from extension 2000, and the call is successfully retrieved.
Sure, thanks, looks like my partner that tested it for me commited a mistake, I folowed your directions en it was OK. Thanks agains.
