The “pickup group” option seems to have been renamed “hunt group” which is incorrect. Hunt group is normally for incoming calls and hunts for the extension to ring – it has nothing to do with pickup group which is for picking up a ringing phone in a group.
The ring group in “one by one” is essentially a hunt group, hunting free extension one bye one to ring.
Could you please rename it back to pickup group unless I am missing something ?
