I have a problem with the incoming call. VitalPBX does not respond. There are no problems on FreePBX.
Please check the contex in the trunk, remember send the log

I turned on the SIP debug but there is nothing interesting there.
The most probable is that you have a misconfiguration on VitalPBX, or in the VoIP provider side.
You should check if the trunk is registered against the VoIP Provider, also, if your provider uses a registering string, you must check that the registering string is ok.
