    Hi Guys

    We are very new to Vital and setting up our first clients.  The first client works perfectly with no problems.  However, when we add a second client, configure the Sip trunk all outgoing calls work perfectly.  However inbound calls keep reaching the first default client we created and do not route to our second tenant.

    We just please need a few pointers urgently to get this right or figure out what we doing wrong.

    You must centralize trunks, and sharing them from the main tenant with the others.

    When you are using the same provider for multiple tenants, only one trunk is needed.
