    I created a hunt group with 2 members. I want an inbound DID to ring two extensions.  However the drop-down does not provide a  ‘Hung Group’ option.

    Are you sure you created the ring group first?

    @oromero31

    You mean, did I create the hunt group, update Asterisk and then go to Inbound Route to set the Inbound Destination? Yes.

    If that’s what I mean, the weird thing is that I just did it in my laboratory and it works fine.

    I have the latest version and you?

    Sorry if my question is silly but in addition to updating, did you apply a change in the red circle ..?

    Maybe you have to reload the browser?

    Remember that in VitalPBX, the hung groups are to pick up calls, to ring the Ring Group

    Yes, you can download manual,

    hung group = it is use to pickup call

    ring group = it is use to ring 2 o more extension

    See https://vitalpbx.org/en/community/general-discussion/hunt-group-name-is-incorrect/

    For some odd reason “Hunt Group” is really a “Pickup Group”.
