Incoming and Outgoing connection using callcentric

    I was wondering if someone could help point me in the right direction on how to set up the “incoming/outgoing calls” to use callcentic. I have heard that there is a script that would need editing and also the vitalPBX GUI. I realize that I am not asking this in a very sophisticated way so if anyone could even help me ask this question properly I would even appreciate that.

    I seem to be having a little bit of trouble. I am wondering if the username is the telephone number or the actual callcentic username. also under the disallowed_methods variable what I am to fill in the “UPDATE” part.
