I have SIP trunk cisco PBX and Vital PBX. Vital to cisco is OK but cisco to Vital is busy tone.
When I pointed to other Vital PBX ip (second one) , both way can speak, no issue. (I have two Vital PBX)
Therefore, I changed first Vital PBX ip and cisco PBX point to new ip of Vital but issue still happen.
how I can solve ?
You are always able to use SNGREP to determine what is happening when a call arrives at the PBX server or is sent from the PBX server.
