    Hi everyone,

     

    Im testing Vitalpbx, Teaching my self, I have set up my trunk as sip with a Freshphone number, But i cant seam to get it right to receive calls with a ring allgroup with all my extionsions or make calls, I have checked the number is registered on the Freshphone portal to Vitalpbx, Im hosting my Pbx in the cloud Joodle.co.za VPS

    You should check in the status report (Reports >> PBX Reports >> Status >> PEERS) if the SIP trunk is registered correctly

    what is different Peers status and SIP Registrations State?

    My SIP trunk’s Peers status OK then SIP Registrations State Request sent.

     

    I can’t registered SIP TRUNK. 

    please help me. New user on VitalPBX

    The peer status tells you if the client (YOU) is qualified and connected with the provider, on the other hand, the register status shows you if your trunk has been registered succesfully with your provider, usually the register string is provided if you need autheticate the incoming calls.
