    I have been trying to create an IVR to intercom to certain extensions, apparently the IVR does not have an option to select an intercom object as a destination, so I’ve created a custom destination to dial the intercom extension.

    Now when I get to the IVR from internal (using custom application to have an extension number to the IVR) it works just fine – it opens the intercom to the extension in the intercom group just as if I dialed the intercom group extension direct.

    But when the IVR is used trough an inbound route from an external number it doesn’t work, it just rings the extension with no auto answer.
