    Hi All,

Introduce me MOSES, this is the first time I have tried vitalpbx, while other ipbxs have often been used (such as freepbx, elastix, fop2, issable).

What makes me very interested is VitXi WebRTC because it can run on Mobile and Laptop. But before I decide to use vitalpbx VitXi on real production, I have to make sure everything works according to my expectations.

I have a small comparator application that we built with Jssip & asterisk 16 (SIP protocol). so I decided to make a small lab on the alibaba cloud.

    The picture is as follows

    diagram

    Network Diagram

App – A (Our Small App Webrtc) à JSSIP + Asterisk 16 SIP Protocols

    App -B (VitalPBX VitXy WebRTC) —?   + Asterisk 18 + PJSIP Protocol

Then both of sip server (App A & B) we integrated it with the same Telco Sip Trunk so that we could make real calls to any mobile number (GSM Number).

Form App -A When we make a call and the destination number is busy, I can hear the notification sound “the number you are calling is busy”, when the customer rejects it, I can also hear the call notification being diverted, and so on, whereas from app – B (VitXi) I never listen to notifications only call progress until call ended .I attach the video as evidence.

Dest Number : 081375161302 with prefix  dial out : 9

This number not active so I can hear notification (ID Language)

Pls see video on this link below,
    https://voip.sipses.com/App-A.wmv

    https://voip.sipses.com/App-B.wmv

Please the VitalPbx team and all friends in this forum to help resolve this issue, because this is a very important point for me.

    Thanks

    Hello Sir,

In advance, thank you very much for your interest in VitalPBX and VitXi!

In VitalPBX, go to: Settings => Technology Settings => Dial Profiles.

Activate the sidebar with the button on the right, select the dial profile you are using and check the “Ringing tone” option. Enable or disable it according to your needs.

After saving the settings, perform the appropriate tests.

    Best regards!

    Hi Sir,

Amazing, I have listened to the notification voice from the telco provider.

But there is still an issue, when Call Progress and I listen to the voice notification, why do I still listen to the ring tone?

How do I get rid of the ring tone when I have listened to the voice notification?

And when the voice notification is finished, why do I listen to the tut tut tone 1-5 seconds then hangup.

    Pls see this video

    VoiceNotificationWithToneRing.wmv

    Thanks

    Hi Sir,

You may not be receiving the correct signaling.

Please try reloading VitXi WebRTC and try again.

    Hi Sir,

I have reloaded VitXi WebRTC and even restarted / rebooted the server, but the results are still the same.

Under normal conditions, when I listen to the voice notification, “the destination number is not active or the destination number is out of range” the ring tone should stop when the call progresses.

    I attach the LAB results

    klik normal

Hopefully the information I convey is clear and you can see the difference

    Thanks

Hi Sir, I tried to use a microsip softphone and made an outgoing call, the results were normal. I believe this is a problem on the vitxi webrtc, you have to stop running the “ringback” voice when receiving a Call Progress (183) or Ringing (180) from the telco provider.
