    Hello,

    I have encountered issue with Alert Info on Inbound Routes when call is forwarded from PBX to outside number. It looks like the Alert Info is sent with call forward and carriers are rejecting the call with SIP 400 message (SIP syntax error).

    Any solution to this problem?

    What version are you running?

    What VoIP provider are you using?

    I set alert info for Polycom ring tones to ring different tones depending on phone number dialed.

    VitalPBX Carrier 2.4.0-3
    Asterisk 16.6.2-1
    DAHDI 2.11.1-7

    Call was rejected by both Peerless and Centrylink.

    As a workaround, you can modify the context “sub-constrcut-cid“, on the extension “s-external“, add at the beginning the following line:

    same => n,SIPRemoveHeader()  ; remove all headers
