Does it’s possible to change the IVR who is called by a custom application with a phone call by the externe.
I work for the school system and i would like to be able to change my IVR when there a winter storm by a phone call. Is that possible ?
In my Custom application, I use a Time condition.
We recommend you to use the Night Mode module; In this module you can define an extension(code) to switch its status by a Phone Call, also a hint is generated. With the hint, you can use a BLF Key to monitor the Night mode status in real time.
