On CDR, calls are in localtime (my Timezone). But, same call on IVR stats is on UTC.
We will check this.
What is the point to show calls NO ANSWERED on IVR Status? It’s little confusing to no tech manager to analyze IVR Stats report.
The report shows the option pressed and the final status after pressing the option. means, if you have in option 1 as destination the extension 2000, then, when someone calls and press option 1, it will register this event, and the final status of the event, if the extension, answers or not the call.
