Testing out VitalPBX with a fresh install of v2.3.8-3 on AWS Amazon Linux 2. Obviously am able to log into the GUI via port 80. Navigate to Admin -> System Settings -> Certificates and attempting to add a new Let’s Encrypt certificate. There are no other certificates. The hostname is the reverse resolvable hostname of the system and the address was visited via port http://hostname:80.

When saving am getting the Exception Error:

Exception: HTTP Challenge for [Hidden] is not available. Whole response: {“type”:”urn:acme:error:unauthorized”,”detail”:”No registration exists matching provided key”,”status”:403} at file /usr/share/ombutel/www/modules/certificates/certificates.php on line 0

Folder structure and permissions look like:

    [root@[hidden] ombutel]# ll -a /usr/share/ombutel
    total 48
    drwxr-xr-x 10 root root 139 Dec 4 12:07 .
    drwxr-xr-x 105 root root 4096 Dec 4 12:07 ..
    drwxrwsr-x 3 asterisk apache 98 Dec 4 13:27 certificates
    drwxr-xr-x 2 root root 4096 Dec 4 12:07 helper
    drwxr-xr-x 10 root root 4096 Dec 4 12:07 i18n
    drwxr-xr-x 2 root root 36 Dec 4 12:07 monitor
    drwxr-xr-x 2 root root 24576 Dec 4 12:07 patches
    drwxr-xr-x 2 root root 31 Dec 4 12:07 ringback
    drwxr-xr-x 2 root root 4096 Dec 4 12:07 scripts
    -rw-r–r– 1 root root 15 Oct 29 13:16 version
    drwxr-xr-x 8 apache apache 244 Dec 4 12:07 www

Looks like perhaps correct Let’s Encrypt API credentials are missing? or What have I done wrong? Thanks.
