I wonder how the Let’s Encrypt works on the VitalPBX. I don’t see certbot anywhere and just typing in the information it is asking for yields no results.
You can check the VitalPBX log if there is any issue with the certificate generation. One log is generated per day
Example: cat /var/log/vitalpbx/log_2018-06-11.log
