Hi again, just a quick question.

In the Log File Viewer, if I select “full” and click the Read Log File button, the screen is blank. Nothing appears.

In the drop-down list there is a “full-20190219” item, which does display log contents, but that’s for yesterday’s log (I’m in Australia so its the 20th Feb here now).

    Is this normal?

The directory listing shows these files have different permissions, as below:

    [root@vitalpbx asterisk]# ls -l
    total 4120
    drwxr-xr-x. 2 asterisk asterisk 51 Feb 19 04:35 cdr-csv
    drwxr-xr-x. 2 asterisk asterisk 47 Feb 19 04:35 cdr-custom
    -rw-r—– 1 asterisk asterisk 191735 Feb 20 02:18 fail2ban
    -rw-r–r–. 1 asterisk asterisk 149563 Feb 19 04:33 fail2ban-20190219
    -rw-r—– 1 asterisk asterisk 1303749 Feb 20 02:15 full
    -rw-r–r– 1 asterisk asterisk 2486335 Feb 19 04:35 full-20190219
    -rw-r—– 1 asterisk asterisk 1236 Feb 20 02:01 queue_log
    -rw-r–r– 1 asterisk asterisk 2032 Feb 19 04:35 queue_log-20190219

Any update regarding the log files? I don’t see any logs when I click on ‘full’.

As a temporary workaround, I ssh’d to the server and used

    chmod +r /var/log/asterisk/*

which fixes it, at least for the time being.
