I have my extension connecting via the android mobile app to VitalPBX via UDP and I have outbound calling working with a SIP truck to Twilio via UDP & TLS, but I have spent days trying to figure out why I cannot connect my extension via the mobile app with TLS to VitalPBX. When configured for UDP, I see activity in the asterisk log. When the app is configured for TLS, I have absolutely no activity whatsoever in the logs. No error messages. Nothing. I’ve also shutdown the firewall in VitalPBX and opened my firewall completely on my AWS EC2 instance and there is no change in log activity. What am I doing wrong, please?
