I setup the IVR to ring groups if user timeout with one by one but it calls ext 2 before ext 1 and no music on hold music rings.

We were participating in the itExpo, that’s why we hadn’t the time to check it, actually finished today, so, we will check it on Monday.

The current behavior allows you to play the configured music on hold only when the caller is put on Hold, no, when an extension is ringing.
We will analyze this behavior and take a decision about it.
This issue is fixed in version 2.3.0 of VitalPBX
