I did a fresh setup once with IncrediblePBX and VitalPBX then with the latest vanilla VitalPBX, I have the same issue. Inbound works great but outbound auto dials after I put in the first 3 digits. so if I want to call 1-360-XXX-XXXX I key in 136 and it dials and says sorry unable to place call. I have been searching around but can’t seem to find the answer.
You should check your phone configurations and also try to make the call with a softphone, like x-lite or zoipper, because, looks like is an issue with your phone.
