This past Wednesday night (PDT) we updated the Vitxi Add-On module (to version 1.0.6-1) for approximately 900 users / extensions.
The next morning, we had dozens of people receiving connection errors in which the user wasn’t “registering” to the Server.
After some time (an hour or so) it would suddenly ‘register’ again, then soon “unregister”, and later ‘register’ again… all while nothing had changed or was being changed on their LAN.
This was occurring on both Vitxi Mobile & Vitxi Web, and on different networks in different locations.
What caused this, and are there any ‘post-update updates’ planned for release to address the issue?
