No outbound route (Telnyx)

    I followed the instructions to setup a outbound route for my Telnyx connection.

    I am able to receive calls but cannot seem to get outbound going.

    I am getting the message “I’m sorry no route exists”.

    I followed the dial pattern as follows from the tutorial

    Prepend 1 Prefix blank Pattern NXXNXXXXXX, and the second one as

    Prepend blank Prefix blank and pattern 1NXXNXXXXXX

    I even tried clearing the first two and having one set as just X. in pattern, all giving me the same result.

    May you post a call log to analyze it and a picture of your outbound route configurations

    I figured it out.

    The issue was I forgot to setup the outbound route on Telynx side. After adding the outbound route there for the connection all was okay.

    Something others may remember if they get the same issue, and have configured things properly on the PBX side.
