    I have a VitalPBX installed on a cloud server and the client connects via the ip at the extensions,
    however when making calls there are some failures of the type one side does not hear the voice. What can it be?

    This commonly due to NAT settings or firewall restrictions blocking the RTP traffic.

    hello, Rivera thanks for your quick reply.

    I have 2 doubts. the first one I tried in Firewall Services, to change the protocols of PJSIP and SIP I tried to invert to try to solve my RTP problem.
    I did the procedure via GUI and it didn’t work if you can see later if this is working please.
    2 ° You would have some more direct suggestion on how to solve this issue of RTP because this is disturbing me a lot in some internet works normal in others is a side without sound.
    About NAT I only found it in the network SIP settings so I enabled Force, Comedia has any more direct suggestions for me to do more tests and try to solve please?

    Enter your external IP (in your screenshot under NAT)

    Check if force comedia is set as well in the connected extenions.

    Are ports open on the VPS? Sometimes they have Software-Firewalls as well.
