Outbound Call Route Not Working

    Whenever I try to call out, the call does not go through and I get a message saying  “I’m sorry, no route exists for the dialed destination.” I can receive calls with no problem. I created an outbound route and placed 3 dial patterns in it, NXXNXXXXXX, 1NXXNXXXXXX, and NXXNXXXXXX with a prepend of +1. There are no tenants in this server. What am I missing?

     

    I am new to VitalPBX, so I ma sure this is something simple, but any help is appreciated. Thanks!

    Can you share a call trace from Asterisk CLI?

    Yes. I know how to access the CLI, but how do i do a call trace and access it after?

    You can either type ‘asterisk -rvvvvvv’ (without the quotes) and place a call, or grab the trace from the log file /var/log/asterisk/full
