I have 3 outbound routes
1) All calls that are NOT 911 or toll free
2) Toll free calls only
3) 911
How do I make it check TOLL FREE first, then 911 then All calls? In Freepbx I could drag the routes to the correct order.
I use dial patterns but because 1xnnxnnn is that same at 1888Xnnn it uses the first route and not the toll free route
First you have to create a “Route Selection” item, then, you must to assign it to the an specific class of service
That would explain it. I don’t have Route Selection as on option.
I have the following version (when I click update software it says there are no updates availalbe)
VitalPBX 2.1.0-4 Asterisk 13.23.1-1 DAHDI 2.11.1-6
Sorry – I found it under COS, just like you said. I need to keep my glasses on ? ? ? ?
The route selection module is in the following path: PBX >> Class of Service >> Route Selections
After you have created the route selection item you must to assign it to a class of service
