If an external call comes in to the IVR, and the IVR redirects the call to another external number – how do I keep the original inbound CID? At the moment it is showing the outbound trunk CID after the redirect
Is clip no screening working for your Trunk? You can dial out with ANY number you want when dialing out from an extension?
If you have enabled the overwrite CID in the Outbound Routes or Trunks, then, this CID will be sent instead of the Inbound CID received.
