Am attempting to do duplex audio paging with extensions, and have enabled Duplex Audio from the Page’s entry settings. However, on Yealink phones, am only getting the one-way audio.
What else is missing to make this work? Quite important for many of my customers.
Only yealinks or other brands too?
Do you have audio on calls between extensions? Did you check if the yealink phone’s mic is working?
Yealinks T23G, T27G, T29G. Yes audio streams are fine. Speakers are fine. They’re simply not opening the mics for duplex audio.
Cannot test for Grandstreams since the Grandstreams are not opening up the speakerphone page (ring only).
