Play another announcement before voicemail

    I try to play another announcement after the extension call and then redirect to the voicemail.

    incoming call -> announcement -> call extension 100

    Up to here it works. Now I would like that if extension 10 does not answer after 30 seconds another announcement comes and it goes only then further on the voicemail, here however no more announcement, only the beep.

    So like this:

    incoming call -> announcement -> call extension 100 -> announcement -> voicemail

    Anybody got an idea?

    You may create an announcement that has as destination the voicemail for the extension, then, you must to create a custom app that points to the announcement, finally, you may use the custom app number as call forward on busy.
