    Hello,

Is there a way we can prioritize an Extension MoH over a Queue MoH when putting a callee on Hold?

    Specifically:
    – I select a custom MoH for one of the Extensions
    – that Extension is part of a Queue that has its own custom MoH class defined (different from the Extension MoH)
    – when Extension answeres an inbound call from the Queue and puts it on Hold, the callee hears the Queue MoH class

I would like for the callee to be able hear the Extension MoH instead of the Queue MoH. Is this possible in any way?

    Thank you!

We will make some tests to give you a better answer about it

    Thank you for your reply!

I meant to say “caller” not “callee” above: when I set Extension MoH (Extensions -> Advanced -> Music on Hold Class), answer an inbound call from through a Queue that has its own MoH set (Call Center -> Queues -> Music on Hold) and place that call on hold, the caller hears the Queue MoH

I just tested this on a fresh install of v2.3.4-2 and everything is working as intended: Extension MoH plays for a call on hold originated from a Queue. It seems that I have to do a reinstall to fix the priority.
