    Hello,

    I’m having issues where a tenant queue member tries to login to a queue via the Switchboard, but the status is invalid.

    Here’s when logging in via the Switchboard:

    T2_Q800 has 0 calls (max unlimited) in 'ringall' strategy (19s holdtime, 94s talktime), W:0, C:2, A:1, SL:0.0%, SL2:0.0% within 0s
    Members:
    6408 (Local/6408@T2_queue-call-to-agents/n from hint:6408@extension-hints) with penalty 7 (ringinuse disabled) (dynamic) (Invalid) has taken no calls yet
    No Callers

    And here’s when logging in via dialing *50:

    Members:
    6408 (Local/6408@T2_queue-call-to-agents/n from hint:6408@T2_extension-hints) with penalty 7 (ringinuse disabled) (dynamic) (Not in use) has taken no calls yet
    No Callers

    So it seems to me that the issue is with the hints, as you can see when logging in via the Switchboard, it’s missing the “T2_” in the hint.

    Am I missing something?

    We’ve been working on making VitalPBX as much stable as possible, so, we didn’t have time for verifying this issue. We will work on this from tomorrow until the next week.

    Asterisk: 16.5.0-1

    Sonata Switchboard Version: 2.1.0-5

    I just tried, it’s still the same issue.

    6408 (Local/6408@T2_queue-call-to-agents/n from hint:6408@T2_extension-hints) with penalty 7 (ringinuse disabled) (dynamic) (Not in use) has taken no calls yet
    No Callers

    6406 logged in via the Sonata Switchboard and 6408 logged in via *50

    The problem is that when adding a new member from switchboard on a secondary tenant, it use an invalid context for hints.

    The good news is that we’ve release a new update for solving this, so, you may go to the VitalPBX’s add-ons module for updaing to this new version (v2.1.1-2).

    The only obvious thing I see now, when using the extension widget and you place a call, or you retrieve a call from park, it displays the caller ID as “Sonata Switchboard” instead of the real CID.

    It’s not a “Disrupting from work” issue, just thought I’ll share it so you guys can fix

    Thanks for reporting it, we will fix this issue for the next version. Now, we will work in other add-ons, and VitalPBX’s core

    Sure! Seems like one more minor bug.

    The queue overview does not appear to populate the data under tenant. (Didn’t check the core)

    See attached.

    Where would be the right place to report bugs?
