Queues , calls getting passed to queue members that are on calls

    looking for advice, i have some queues setup . but sometimes when queue members are on outbound non-queue calls, incoming queue calls are being passed to them

     

    sample queue conf

    Should the Local channel pick up the Hints for th eextension or am i missing a Local Channel optimistion option?

    5875 is on a call outbound . core show hint , show 5875 as in use

    [root@asteriskqm-2 ~]# asterisk -rx “core show hint 5875”

    but in queue exten is showing as not inuse
